Heading to Vietnam Stationery Show | Exploring Southeast Asian Market & New Business Opportunities for Sticky Notes
In July 2026, our team traveled to Vietnam to attend the VIETOFFICE International Office Stationery Exhibition .
We engaged face-to-face with local Southeast Asian buyers and distributors, and conducted in-depth research on office stationery market demands across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
At this exhibition, we showcased our core paper stationery products including assorted colored sticky notes, shaped notepads and combined memo pads. A wide range of colorful sticky note samples were neatly displayed. Paired with our vibrant and distinctive backdrop wall, our booth delivered strong visual recognition, attracting numerous local merchants to stop by for inquiries.
During the show, our team held in-depth face-to-face discussions with visiting clients.
We elaborated on product materials, specifications, custom printing solutions, minimum order quantities and export cooperation models. We carefully collected feedback from overseas buyers regarding color options, packaging, pricing and logistics, gaining solid insights into best-selling stationery styles, popular color trends and local purchasing habits within the Southeast Asian market.
A great number of Southeast Asian buyers showed strong interest in our sticky note series. We exchanged contact information on site and discussed sample delivery and future order cooperation. Group photos were taken with many industry partners to build initial business connections.
The Southeast Asian office stationery market maintains steady growth with continuously rising consumer demand. This exhibition trip enabled us to gain first-hand understanding of local market conditions and gather valuable on-site market intelligence. Meanwhile, we successfully expanded overseas customer resources and laid a firmer foundation for our layout in Southeast Asia.
Moving forward, we will optimize sticky note designs and expand color selections based on market feedback collected at the show. We will also improve our OEM & ODM customization services.
